Terry Kirby's letter (You Write, September) mentioning poor service offered by Arriva's call centre did not surprise me. On three occasions this year I have called it to request timetables for this area. I have never received a reply. This is totally unacceptable and the matter should be rectified at the earliest opportunity. I do not know if the timetables were available online, as I do not have a computer. I know I could use a library, but what is the time of the bus to the library?
