Dundee museum extends opening and strengthens board

Dundee Museum of Transport has met visitor demand by opening all week in October. It also has strengthened its management board with the appointment of two new trustees as it continues with a long-term aim to relocate to a larger permanent home. The museum, currently in temporary premises near the city's docks, has opened seven days a week in October from 10.00 to 16.30, with free admission to children during the school half-term holiday. A new exhibition, The Future of Transport, starts on 23 October with exhibits focusing on electric and hydrogen vehicles.
