On April 25, the International Energy Agency (IEA) released its 2012 report, Tracking Clean Energy Progress. The pdf version is available on the IEA website, free of charge. The report comprehensively tracks progress in the development and deployment of clean-energy and energy-efficiency technologies in the sectors of power generation, industry, buildings, and transport. This report is an early excerpt from the forthcoming publication, Energy Technology Perspectives 2012, to be released on June 11.
