Woody Allen once said that 80 percent of success is showing up. I went to the Stanford Geothermal Workshop in February and I was very glad that I did show up. Roland Home once again delivered perfection, in the quality of the papers presented and in hosting the event on one of the most beautiful campus settings in America. My primary purpose in attending was to wave the GRC flag and to connect with the many participants from around the geothermal world. I was not disappointed.
