There are 17 GRC committees. The first five listed below are made up of Board Members only. The rest are open to Board Members and GRC Members. The chair for each committee is noted with an email address. Provides regular advice to the President in all matters pertaining to the GRC. Meets to consider matters that may not require the attention of the Board or that need expedient decisions. Advises President on matters that should be taken up by the Board. Performs other duties as designated by the Board. Each Committee member oversees the activities of one or more standing committees as indicated below: Selects qualified financial auditing firm, reviews audits on behalf of the Board.
