Ormat Technologies, Inc. has closed theacquisition of U.S. Geothermal, Inc. for a totalconsideration of approximately USD 110 million.At a special meeting of shareholders of U.S.Geothermal Inc. held on April 19, 2018, thecompany adopted and approved the Agreementand Plan of Merger entered into on January 24, 2018to become a wholly owned subsidiary of Ormat.13,236,961 shareholders voted for the merger,715,398 against.
