摘要

A method of the ultrasonic analysis of the impurity particles content in the cutting fluid supplied to the contact zone for grinding the 14HGS and 18G2AFps steels is considered. An experimental setup wascreated to implement the method. Studies were carried out by grinding the metal surface. The dependence of the surface roughness Rz on the impurity concentration is analysed.
