As it develops, one can expect that e-Navigation will become more than the sum of its parts. Stretching the comparison, the IAIA e-NAV Committee itself can be seen as being greater than the sum of its parts. The e-NAV Committee meetings have been chronicled before in these pages. However, beyond what the Committee accomplishes during its semi-annual meetings, much is occurring behind the scenes through correspondence and at intersessional meetings. Since e-NAV5 in September, three of the e-NAV Committee's working groups have met intersessionally to progress work.
