A 12-years-old patient affected by a bilateral keraotconus is treated by a penetrating keratoplasty. The surgery is operated with no complications. The day after the intervention, immediately after the measurement of the intraocular pressure, an air buble is found in the anterior chamber. The evolution is spontaneously favourable. A short review of previous publications. Highlights the primary complications of the penetrating keratoplasty, the importance of intraocular pressure control, as well as the pos and cons of different tonometers available.
