Helicobacter pylori (H. Pylori) infection is one of the main pathogens of chronic gastritis and duodenal ulcer (DU), and it may be considered as a risk factor in the incidence of gastric cancer~[1]. H. Pylori infection may lead to the anomaly of gastric Epithelial cell proliferation which is closely related To the development of gastric cancer. Vacuolating Cytotoxin (VacA) is an important virulence and VacA subtype determines the toxic activity.
