Cavotec MSL to sell Gantrex

New Zealand-based Cavotec MSL Holdings Ltd has agreed to sell its Canadian business Cavotec Gantrex and all related Gantrex operations in the Americas to Belgium's Gantry Group, with effect from January 2008. Cavotec acquired Gantrex, which designs and manufactures rail fastenings and clips and other crane runway products, in November 2002 and last year the company generated sales of US$9.7M.
