Mongolia to use North Korean ports

Mongolia's prime minister, Sukhbaatar Batbold, has identified ports in North Korea as the logical gateway for his country's mineral exports. He says that Mongolia should take advantage of the "very good relations" that the two countries enjoy. The stumbling block to a closer relationship between the two countries is the sanctions imposed by the UN following a nuclear test in May 2009.
