Hiab puts safety first

The most important consideration when working with any heavy machinery is safety - for the operator, bystanders and the equipment. The new Hiab Multilift skiploader telescopic (SLT) radio control allows the operator to move freely around the truck and get an all-round view of the working area, making loading, unloading and tipping easier and safer. All the controls found on the standard external control can be run from the SLT radio control. "Safety and ergonomics go hand in hand, literally. That is why we have designed the SLT radio control for use with gloves," said Jussi Kata-jainen, product manager for Hiab Multilift at Cargotec.
