UBT deal for TMEIC

TMEIC is in the final phase of a project to supply crane automation, drives and motors for a stacker reclaimer at United Bulk Terminal's facility on the Mississippi River at Davant, Louisiana. The key challenges for the project, said TMEIC, included a unique semi-auto stacking and reclaiming operation system specified by the owner. It selected the Maxspeed TMdrive-10e2 with Rx3i PLC system for total crane control, using Versamax 10 system to interface various sensors and operation devices.
