Bayswater's rather grandiose listed terraces have a striking new neighbour. Architect Russell Jones has created an outstanding building that, with few concessions to the vocabulary of its Victorian surroundings, achieves a contrast that is all the more memorable because it is executed almost entirely in delicious, creamy brickwork.
