The upturn in the housing market has led to directors at housebuilders seeing average bonuses grow by more than three-quarters, according to figures compiled for Building. Research by housing recruitment firm PSD Group for Building found that base salaries for directors at housebuilders and residential developers rose by 6% in 2013.
