Lakehouse founder rejoins firm after row over management

Lakehouse's founder and biggest shareholder Steve Rawlings is returning to the firm's boardroom, ending a protracted row over how to revive the company's fortunes. Rawlings founded the company nearly 30 years ago and left after the Essex builder floated on the stock exchange last year. But the firm issued a profit warning two months ago, sending its shares tumbling. Rawlings told Building earlier this month that his own stake in the company had nosedived by nearly half to just over £12m.
