Let's lift modular into the mainstream

I have just published a report with Mike De'Ath of HTA Design. Build Homes, Build Jobs, Build Innovation is my first major publication since Modernise or Die in 2016. The title is a play on the government's vocabulary, recognising the role of construction in any post covid-19 recovery. We set out a plan to lift modular homebuilding into the mainstream. Despite progress in the past few years, there remain major sticking points. The issues are complex and interrelated but are solvable with strategic interventions that can fully align with other areas of government policy.
