Baiyun Wanda Plaza Phase 1 opened

Located at Baiyun New Town (site of the former Baiyun Airport), phase 1 of Guangzhou Baiyun Wanda Plaza was officially opened in late 2010. Upon full completion the mixed-use commercial development will have a total CFA of approximately 392,000 square meters, including 220,000 square meters of commercial and hotel CFA. The development comprises shopping malls, grade-A office space, a 5-star hotel, a business hotel, outdoor shopping streets and IMAX cinema. Total development cost for the entire project is estimated at RMB5 billion.
