One Island East

摘要

One Island East is a 68-storey highrise office tower located at the eastern part of the Hong Kong Island. The office tower forms part of the Taikoo Place office campus consisting of 9 office buildings ranging in height from 23 storeys to 68 storeys with a total office accommodation of over 600,000 sq m. As such, this critical mass of office accommodation is changing the character of its immediate environment and to a certain degree is acting as a catalyst in the regeneration of the Quarry Bay from an industrial/residential area to a more vibrant and commercial destination.
