Situated at 468 Sai Yeung Choi Street, Gardenia is a single block highrise apartment building. A total of 208 residential units are provided with various sizes ranging from 370 to over 800 square meters per unit. Most of the units are either 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom and a few 3-bedroom units and special units are available. With a floor height of 10 feet 9 inches, Gardenia boasts the design concept of boutique hotel and the provision of an international standard residence clubhouse on the podium roof. Developed by Kowloon Development Company Ltd, the project is scheduled for completion in April 2013.
