Providence Peak

Located in Tai Po, New Territories, Providence Peak comprises 13 blocks of 15-storey apartment buildings and 11 single houses. The entire development provides 548 flats and houses. One of the special features of the project is the use of GRC external finishes for the building facade, which is both aesthetic in appearance and more durable. Each 3-storey single house has its own private garden and underground garage. The single houses offer various sizes ranging from 4,158 to 4,260 square feet GFA (net area 2,911 to 2,982 square feet). Other than single houses, the project also comprises low density highrise apartment units with 3- or 4-bedroom configurations. Most of the floors have only two units with apartment sizes ranging from 788 to 3,11 7 square feet GFA (net area 620 to 2,494 square feet). Developed by a consortium led by Sino Land, the project is designed by Foster + Partners, AECOM is the Structural Engineers and Main Contractor is China Overseas Building Construction.
