The new concept for Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 4 (T4) was unveiled at the T4 groundbreaking ceremony being held on 5 November 2013. Set to redefine the travel experience, the new terminal will be located along Airport Boulevard, and will accommodate up to 16 million passengers a year. The project is scheduled for completion in 201 7.
