SJM Holdings Limited is the holding company of Sociedade de Jogos de Macau SA (SJM), one of the six companies authorised to operate casinos under the terms of a concession granted by the government of the Macau Special Administrative Region in March 2002. Major new projects developed by SJM in recent years include Grand Lisboa Hotel, with more than 400 rooms and casino; the Sofitel Macau at Ponte 16 (51% owned by SJM),with 389 rooms, 19 VIP mansions and casino.
