摘要

Since the establishment in September 1989, Drainage Services Department (DSD) has made good progress in both sewage treatment and flood prevention. The completion of three drainage tunnels in Tsuen Wan, Lai Chi Kok and Hong Kong West, Sheung Wan Stormwater Storage Scheme, Regulation of Shenzhen River Stages Ⅰ to Ⅲ, Disinfection and Odour Control Facilities at Stonecutters Island Sewage Treatment Works, and the pilot scheme of water reclamation are examples of some of the major achievements in recent years.
