摘要

A dynamic method for stimating dust sink and soruce in buildings is described in this paper. The method is based on a mass balance equation and a nonlinear parameter estimation technique. The inputs to the method are dust concentrations versus time. The outputs are the estiamtes of dust sink and source. The method converts measurement of dust sink and soruce to measurements of dust concentration versus time. Published data and experimental measurements were used to validate this method. The errors generated by the method are less than 2/100 for production rates and 7/100 for deposition rates. The method is not sensitive to different parameter estimation methods and initial values of parameters.
