Clear signal for station flats

Stock Woolstencroft's designs for 148 houses and flats have secured planning permission in Lewisham. The scheme, for a 0.6ha site next to New Cross Gate station, will contain a mix of tenures, from one-bedroom flats to houses, in three block clusters alongside 200sq m of commercial space. The architect said the design "complements the character of the street in terms of scale, mass and through providing commercial uses at street level".
