Southwark Council has given the go-ahead to revised plans for the office element of a PLP-designed mixed-use scheme inrnLondon’s Bankside area.rnDeveloper Native Land’s £1bn nine-building development spans the railway line immediately south of Blackfriars Station and willrnoccupy the sites of Ludgate House, BD’s former base, and Sampson House, a 1970s brutalist office building designed by FitzroyrnRobinson & Partners.
