Nicolow was promoted to Principal in 2008, and leads sustainability initiatives firmwide for LAS, which adopted the 2030 Challenge in 2007. He has overseen LEED certification for more than 30 projects-two-thirds at the Gold or Platinum level. Promoted to Director of the Ann Arbor office, 2013. Inducted into the 2012 class of LEED Fellows by the U.S. Green Building Council. Working on: the National Park Service's Salt River Bay Marine Research and Education Center, St. Croix (net-zero energy and water, potential Living Building Challenge facility) and a new green residence hall complex for Western Michigan University.
