Do construction contract combatants prefer: fiat justitia mat coelum or: interest reipublicae ut sit finis litium? In arbitrations and other alternative dispute resolution smorgasbord procedures, eminent former judges (especially those from appellate or other superior courts) have, with respect, delivered outstanding awards on significant contractual and other legal issues. Eminent experienced and expert engineers, architects and other construction professionals have likewise delivered outstanding awards or like results.
