EXPEDITIOUS OR EFFICIENT?

Some construction dispute resolution tribunals prefer to direct a very early conclave or like interlocutory proceedings, albeit on little more than outline points of claim and points of defence. Usually more than one proves to be necessary. Others prefer to identify and reasonably define the issue before sending a "package". Which is better for the industry? It depends. It depends upon the knowledge, experience, expertise and quality of those in the conclave or like interlocutory proceedings.
