Motherwell case heads for court

The dispute over land contamination and health in Motherwell's Watling Street area is heading for court after Collins Solicitors announced 78 residents have now launched legal claims and a timetable is now set for the case lodged earlier in the summer to come to court. Residents of area have long claimed the site of their homes was not properly remediated, and 78 in 42 households have now launched legal claims.
