Dundee Council announces 5,200-home Plan

Plans for 5,280 new homes have been put forward as part of the Dundee Local Development Plan 2. The homes will be delivered over a 10-year period with brownfield sites given priority. These projections represent an uptick on current completions, with the annual buildout average for the past three years standing at 234 homes.
