Nikon SB-910 Speedlight

When Nikon replaced its pro-level SB-800 Speedlights with the SB-900, nearly all the new features and changes in the controls and menus were a huge improvement. However, it was not without shortcomings, most notably the fiddly colour filter/gel set, and its propensity to shut down due to overheating. Not long after its introduction, Nikon updated its mid-range flash, bringing in the SB-700, which, despite being aimed more at the enthusiast market, borrowed heavily from the SB-900's features, and even added some improvement of its own. In return, these improvements have been passed on to Nikon's top-of-the-range flash with the arrival of the 910.
