SummaryBackground Classic Kaposi sarcoma is a rare angioproliferative neoplasm with varying biological behaviour. Depending on the clinical stage, local or systemic therapy can be used. Vincristine has proven to be effective as systemic chemotherapy and in very few reports as intralesional treatment.
