New ready-prepared Genoese sheets from Pruve can be used straight from the box. The 580mm x 375mm x 7mm sheets have applications in a variety of products including occasion cakes, tiramisu or anything needing instant layered Genoese. The sheets - which have a six-month ambient shelf life - are available in plain or chocolate varieties, and can be filled with jam, fruit or cream. They can even be cut into triangles, like savoury sandwiches, for an unusual twist on a teatime treat.
