Peggy Porschen has introduced a new line of French patisserie-style wedding cakes. The Patisserie Cake Collection is available in six distinct designs and can be ordered direct from the Belgravia-based bakery parlour in south-west London, with prices starting from S350. This includes a Dark Chocolate Praline cake featuring handcrafted dark chocolate and praline truffles and a dark chocolate truffle cake filled with ganache and topped with marzipan. The Coconut Passion consists of layers of vanilla sponge and buttercream filled with a handmade passion fruit preserve and topped with coconut flakes.
