There are a variety of categories to choose from, so whether you have a great finished products, super customer service skills, an innovative new bakery ingredient or packaging format, there is an award you can enter. Categories include Celebration Cake Maker of the Year, Bakery Supplier of the Year, and The Retail Innovation Award. There is also a special award for outstanding contributions to the trade, which is done through the process of nominations.
