Ibstock Group modernizes Almondsbury production plant

The preparation, shaping, setting and unloading plant at the Ibstock Almondsbury Factory was modernized in cooperation with Keller HCW. Thanks to the professional handling, the new plant was able to be started up in the shortest possible time with no delays. The particular challenge was to integrate the new equipment into the running production processes. Due to the excellent cooperation between the customer and supplier, plant downtimes were reduced to a minimum.%Im Werk Almondsbury der Ibstock-Gruppe wurden die Aufbereitung, Formgebung, Setzanlage und Entladung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Firma Keller HCW modernisiert. Durch die professionelle Abwicklung war es möglich, in kürzester Zeit und ohne Verzug mit der Neuanlage in Betrieb zu gehen. Hierbei war die Implementierung der unten beschriebenen Anlagenteile in laufende Produktionsprozesse eine besondere Herausforderung, die dank einer ausgezeichneten Kooperation zwischen Kunde und Lieferant zu bedeutenden Reduzierung der Stillstandszeiten führte.
