Camden Town Brewery sells 20% of the business

London microbrewery Camden Town is set to sell a 20% chunk of the business to a Belgian manufacturing family for £10 million. Investors who bought into the brewing company through a crowdfunding campaign have been told that it has entered into separate talks to sell the stake. The unnamed family's investment values Camden Town at €50 million, lower than the £75 million price tag attached in its Crowdcube campaign, which has raised £2.2 million to date from over 2000 investors.
