The scope of this construction tender starts from the intersection of Zhongshan Road and Xinwu Road in Xinzhuang District to the intersection of Tianxiang Street. The route overlaps with Zhongshan Road and has a length of about 4,487 meters, using an overpass design for the entire section. The segment from the intersection of Zhongshan Road and Minsheng Road to Tianxiang Street (hereafter referred to as this section) will utilize a phrased approach based on the traffic maintenance plan. Before project implementation, confirmation sessions were held with the New Taipei City Transportation Department and the original maintenance units (Directorate General of Highways Zhonghe Public Works Section). In order to avoid cumbersome application procedures for pipeline relocation during construction, the Engineering office of BOHSR coordinated with the public work section to oversee the construction on their behalf to expedite project implementation.
