More than 1,000 spectators turned out to watch Yacht Club de Monaco's annual celebration of green yachting get under way. The sixth edition of the Monaco Solar & Energy Boat Challenge took place from July 2 to 6 and featured yachts powered by cutting-edge research and development. The competition, which consisted of three classes, saw more than 34 teams from 14 nationalities compete, and offered a glimpse into the future of green yachting.
