Überprüfung einer Abstinenzbehauptung in der Fahreignungs-Oberbegutachtung mit Hilfe des Ethanolmetaboliten Ethylglucuronid (EtG)

Bei 151 Probanden, die sich wegen vorangegangener Trunkenheitsfahrten und zumeist nach einer oder mehreren negativen Begutachtungen an amtlich anerkannten Erstbegutachtungsstellen einer Oberbegutachtung an der Abteilung Rechtsmedizin der Universität Ulm unterzogen, wurden neben den Alkoholmarkern GGT, MCV und CDT auch die Konzentrationen von Ethanol und von dessen Metabolit Ethylglucuronid in Serum und Urin bestimmt. In 13 Fällen (8,6 Prozent) konnte Ethylglucuronid im Harn als Hinweis auf einen kurz zuvor erfolgten Alkoholkohsum nachgewiesen werden, in einem Fall zusätzlich Harnethanol. 4 von diesen 13 Probanden hatten eine mehrjährige vollkommene Abstinenz behauptet, die durch die Analyse beweiskräftig widerlegt werden konnte.%151 drivers who had been convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol and most of whom had negative expert assessments carried out by officially recognised experts were consequently referred to the department of legal medicine of the University of Ulm for further expert assessments.
