摘要

Our first and pleasurable duty as new Co-Editors-in-Chief is to offer our sincere thanks, and those of the community of biorheologists, to Professor Harry Goldsmith for his long and distinguished service to our journal and our field of science. Harry effectively acted as Editor-in-Chief for 20 years and has given unstintingly of his time and expertise. He has worked with authors and reviewers in a most generous manner to assist in developing papers to be acceptable for publication. Indeed, although retired, he has continued to advise, to help us to achieve a smooth change over and to shepherd a final group of submitted manuscripts through the review process.
