Akin to the message in Naomi Kleins recent call to action on climate change, with This Changes Everything, Gleb Raygorodetsky's Archipelago of Hope seeks to give a platform to the indigenous communities who have been battling with the realities of climate change for decades, despite having hardly contributed to the problem. It weaves a complex narrative that listens deeply to indigenous communities from the Arctic Circle to the tropical forests of Thailand, and we find that despite the diversity - of language, climate, culture and biomes - the connections are numerous.
