CREWMAN crew management agreements revised and updated

Following hard on the heels of the recently published SHIPMAN 2009 ship management agreement are the revised editions of BIMCO's two crew management agreements, CREWMAN A (Cost Plus Fee) and CREWMAN B (Lump Sum).rnThe revision of the CREWMAN forms has been done in order to streamline them with the crew management provisions of SHIPMAN 2009 which have been updated and extended to make them more comprehensive.rnThe CREWMAN agreements are designed for those providing full crew management services to a vessel, while the crew management services of SHIPMAN 2009 are designed to be used where other management services are also provided under the same agreement.
