A-B InBev Sells Can Plants to Ball Corp.

Anheuser-Busch InBev announced earlier this month it is selling four metal beverage can and lid manufacturing plants to Ball Corp., a leading supplier of metal and plastic packaging to the beverage industry, for $577 million. The can plants were part of A-B InBev's US metal subsidiary, Metal Container Corporation (MCC).
