New Belgium Releases 'rolling Carbonation' Glassware

New Belgium Brewing, Fort Collins, Colo., has introduced new glassware that incorporates etchings in the bottom of the glass to create "nucleation," or rolling carbonation, which enhances the flavor of the beer, the company says. In keeping with New Belgium's flagship Fat Tire brand, the etchings are in the shape of bicycles. The new glassware is a traditional Belgian globe shape, with thicker glass, a beaded lip and a narrow opening that enhances the beer's bouquet.
