Volume 33:2 of Behavioral & Social Sciences Librarian includes three peer-reviewed articles that address issues relating to collection development and librarians' familiarity with critical theory. In "Trash or Cash?: Partnering With Online Booksellers to Dispose of Deselected Academic Library Monographs" by Ladislava Khailova, the author offers a time-saving opportunity for libraries who practice collection deselection. She discusses the process and offers valuable data that will assist any library interested in the approach of working with book dealers when weeding library collections.
