Its a growing problem and one that becomes particularly inconvenient if you want to use your car. Plainly, if you live in a flood-risk area, what you need is a car that works as normal during dry spells, yet can adapt seamlessly to local conditions whenever things get wetter. So. since TopGear has become quite expert at making amphibious cars, we decided to turn our attentions to this knotty problem.
